Exercising at home is a great alternative for those who are short on time, don�t
want a club membership or just prefer exercising in their own space.
No equipment is required. We will bring all the equipment you�ll ever need. Many
people have some equipment in their home and we help them get more variety and use
out of what they already have. BHB can also train clients who live in buildings
with a fitness center.
Analyze your space. Push aside the coffee table and you will most likely have adequate
space for a workout. Hallways, stairways and chairs are equipment in hiding. A yoga
mat, dumbbells and a stability ball round out the equipment list and can be supplied
by the trainer. Better yet, invest in your own equipment and you can easily supplement
your sessions.
Get comfortable. One of the best things about exercising at home is the level of
comfort. You can play your favorite music, set the temperature to your liking, use
your own towel and even light a candle!
Accept no interruptions. Perhaps the only drawback to training at home is the potential
for distractions. However, you have complete control over the number of interruptions
� turn off telephone ringers, computers and accept no interruptions!
